Challenge
During events, food orders need to move quickly from cashier to kitchen while still recording payment method, order status, sales recap, and offline-safe data.

Solution
I built a web-based POS system with cashier order input, QRIS/cash payment options, realtime kitchen order status, sales summary, menu performance, filters, and local-first synchronization when the internet connection is unstable.

Result
The system helps orders move from cashier to kitchen more clearly, keeps sales data organized, and can continue working offline before syncing back to the database when the connection returns.
